Christmas is turning out lovely- a gift for me just arrived. It is a wonderful piece of computer equipment that I really needed which a friend bought me from Amazon and had shipped to me. Unfortunately, I was out most of the morning and I didn't know to expect a gift.

A family member who was also out while I was, discovered the HUGE Amazon box with Amazon printed on it on an abandoned car in the yard (I'm southern, what do you expect... and it isn't my car anyway it's my aunt's).

Just sitting there. I live next to a meth factory with roaming hudlums (who apparently were too busy today to see my expensive gift or the UPS man putting it on the abandoned car). It's a Christmas Miracle that I have my gift.

But it is awesome. Just watch out for these stupid UPS people leaving things where they shouldn't.

Maybe even do tracking on gifts that you are having delivered and give the recipients a heads up.
